Write to us at rbtech@gmail.com. For bug reports, please include: which tool you used, your browser and device, the file type you were processing, and what went wrong (an error message or a screenshot helps enormously).
If you're emailing about a document, remember that FileSeb never uploads your files — so there's no file sitting on a server for us to inspect. We'll work with your description, and if needed, you can describe the file without sending it.

Prefer a form? Fill this in and submit — it opens your email app with the message pre-filled. Nothing is sent to a server, ever.

Questions people ask about contacting us
Do you offer phone support? Not currently. Email keeps every request documented and lets us answer precisely — it's the fastest reliable channel we have.
Is it safe to email you about a document? Yes. Your files are never uploaded to FileSeb in the first place, and you never need to attach a real document for us to help — describe the issue instead.
Will you sell my contact details? No. We don't sell data of any kind; the full picture is in our privacy policy.
