What FileSeb is

FileSeb is a free, browser-based toolkit for converting, compressing, merging, splitting, and optimizing files. All processing happens locally on your device using JavaScript running in your browser — no file is uploaded to a server we operate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FileSeb to:

• Process files you don't have the legal right to convert or copy
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer maliciously, or overload the site
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

No warranty

FileSeb is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Conversion quality can vary depending on your source file's complexity — some tools (for example, PDF to Word or PDF to PowerPoint) extract text content only and do not preserve original layout, images, or formatting. Always keep a backup of your original file before converting it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileSeb and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including data loss or conversion errors.

Third-party libraries

FileSeb uses open-source libraries to power certain conversions. Each library is used under its own open-source license. FileSeb does not claim ownership of these libraries.

Tools, features, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
